블렌드 시리즈는 레이어 프로젝트의 후속 작업입니다. 레이어 시리즈는 레이어를 바꿈으로써 커스텀이 가능한 가구프로젝트 입니다.

레이어는 듣고 싶은 음악을 선곡해 분위기를 바꾸는 것처럼,가구도 레코드 판을 갈아 끼우듯 바꿀 수 없을까? 하는 물음에서 시작된 프로젝트

입니다. 레이어는 그날그날의 분위기와 취향에따라 레이어(판)을 바꿔 매일 매일 다른 오브제를 만들 수 있습니다. 

 

오늘 소개할 블렌드 시리즈’는 색이 블렌딩되는 모습에서 영감을 받은 레이어의 새로운 컨셉입니다. 블렌드 시리즈 중 첫번째 작품은 ‘선셋’인데요,’선셋’은 일몰의 시간에서 영감을 받아 순간적인 색채를 만들어내는 빛과 색채의 관계를 탐구하는 작품입니다. 특히 우리가 노을을 바라볼 때

느끼는 따뜻한 감성에 집중했습니다. 노을의 여러 색채가 뒤섞인 그림같은 장면을 그대로 레이어에 표현하고 싶었습니다. 우리가 사랑하는 시간. 

곧 까맣게 어둠으로 바뀌기전 찰나의 아름다움. 매 시간 다른 모습들,한정적이어서 더 소중하고,아쉬운 그 찰나의 장면을 우리가 매일 바라볼

가구에 담았습니다. 

 

우리가 사랑하는 선셋의 아름다운 찰나를 담은 블렌드 시리즈. 우리의 일상에서 시적인 오브제로써 함께하길 바랍니다.

블렌드는 같은 판을 이용해 테이블에도, 의자에도 적용할 수 있고, 다양한 모양으로 커스텀 할 수 있습니다.

I would like to introduce a new poetic furniture concept, Blend. 'Blend Series' is a new concept for layers inspired by a mixture of colors. The first work in the Blend series is a set of sunsets exploring the relationship between light and color that produces instant colors inspired by sunset time. I'm sure many of you like sunset so much because of that mood.

I do too. We particularly focused on the warm feelings we felt when we looked at the sunset. I wanted to express a picturesque scene in which the light of the sunset is mixed. The Blend series features the time of Sunset, which we love, and the beauty of that moment before it gets completely dark, and the different sunset every hour. I want the Blend series to be a poetic object in our daily lives. The Blend Series can be applied to tables and chairs, and the size and color can be customized.
